Make Ahead Rice & Hamburger
1 lb Hamburger 2 Cups cooked Rice
12 oz Broccoli 2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 Tbsp Butter 1 Cup chopped Onion
Velveeta Cheese 1/2 pkg Onion Soup Mix
Saute Onion in Butter then add Hamburger and brown. Set aside and cool then place in Ziploc Baggie. Cook Rice and Broccoli (separately). Mix Rice, Broccoli, Cream of Mushroom soup and Onion Soup Mix. Place in another Ziploc Baggie.
Pour hamburger on bottom of Dutch Oven, cover with sliced cheese. Pour on rice mixture then place cheese slices on top. Cook until cheese is bubbly then serve.
