Tater Tot Casserole *Drew Edwards 2nd Place Recipe Contest winner 1 (32 oz.) package frozen potato tots 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (6 oz.) can French-fried onions Preheat Dutch Oven to 350F. Grease a dutch oven; arrange 1/2 the tater tots in the bottom. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cheese, and mushroom soup. Pour this mixture in the oven then place the remaining tater tots and onions on top. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
